So it’s been awhile since we’ve updated the site because we have been so busy lately that we haven’t had a lot of time to all get together BUT ETH and Optik have been working on their mix tape for the past two months so watch out for that. They’ve been collaborating with Inc. and Konnecc too. Check out: http://soundcloud.com/ethmusic if you want to hear the tracks Eth and Optik have been working on.
As far as Lostin Powers go, Earl’s been writing a few riffs to get ready for the next recording session. For the next few songs we are gonna go through a different route, we’re going to try to use less electronic instruments and go with the more natural sound. We recently acquired this acoustic 88 keys piano so we’re going to put that to work. On top of that, we finally have a space to record acoustic drums so expect the next songs to sound bigger and better.
Also, we just wanted to congratulate RH1 films for winning the Tacoma 72 hour film competitions Best Film of the Year for the second year in a row. RH1 Films recently talked to us about doing another project together. So stay tuned for the upcoming music videos that RH1 will be directing and producing for us. We're a band based off of Federal Way, WA. It's pretty hard to put us on a specific genre since every member have different musical background before all of us started collaborating together. Our taste range from different kinds of hip-hop to different sub genres of rock. We all just love music, enjoy making music, and working with other artists.
